Open Play FAQ'S
- Do you have open play every day, even on the weekends?
Yes, we have open play every day during our hours of operation.
- Do children AND adults have to take their shoes off?
Only children have to take their shoes off and socks are required.
- Can I bring in outside food?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks. The exceptions are sippy cups, baby food,
school groups, or parties. Also if your child has a special food allergy such as allergies to dairy or celiac disease, you
may bring in a special lunch for them.
- What ages are appropriate for play?
We are appropriate for ages 1-12 years.
- I have a small child, what do you have for them to do?
We have a toddler area with toys, small slides, moonbounce and more.
- Do you have anything for older children to do?
We have air hockey tables, a basketball court and video games to keep them busy.
- What security measures do you have to keep the kids safe?
Every child that comes in is given a wristband with a number that matches the parents.
When it's time to leave, the children and adults numbers are matched up, if there is not a match
the child will not be allowed to leave until the right adult comes.
Party FAQ'S
- What all do I need to bring?
We do not provide the cake, goody bags, or decorations.
- Can I bring in outside food for the adults?
You can bring in outside food for the adults. You may not bring in outside pizza or there will be a fee.
Please keep in mind that we do not have refrigerators or microwaves in the room and we cannot allow
anything to be plugged in (like crock pots) or have anything with flames. Also, when the snack bar is open
you may not bring in anything that we provide (like hot dogs, nachos, sodas, waters, etc.)
- Can we stay after the party is over as long as we leave the party room?
Unfortunately, after the party is over you must leave the facility. We can have up to four parties at one
time so if we let all 4 parties stay, and 4 new parties come in, we may have a capacity issue.
- Do I have the whole place for just my party?
No. We can have up to 4 parties at one time but considering we are such a large playland, you probably
won't even notice.
- What is the Pinata Service?
You bring in the pinata full of candy and we block off the basketball court except for your party, facilitate
the whole thing, and clean up and dispose of everything when you are done.
